我快速浏览了一下：

关于的警告conversion from 'int' to 'HANDLE' of greater size可能是由于缺少#include <io.h>，这导致编译器假设_get_osfhandle()返回int而不是intptr_t. 这可能是一个错误（尽管它可能不会在实践中体现出来，具体取决于窗口实际从该函数返回的值的范围）。

关于的警告'FARPROC' differs in parameter lists是由于缺少从返回的泛型指针GetProcAddress()到特定类型的转换。但是，因为所有指针类型都具有兼容的表示，所以如果忽略，不会发生任何不好的事情。

关于 pragma 的警告也可以被忽略，并且可以通过明智地使用#ifdef __GNUC__.

关于的警告unrecognized character escape sequence是由于在生成的代码中没有正确转义路径中的反斜杠。应该修复，但也可以忽略。

关于zstd，配置脚本用于pkg-config查找库，因此不支持 Windows。应该有人解决这个问题。但是，我相信这只会影响分析器，不会影响 MoarVM 的正常运行。
