但是当我使用联合身份验证（在我的例子中是谷歌）时，我使用即时配置通过将用户存储在本地用户存储中来创建本地用户。

第一次登录后，我手动为该本地用户分配管理员角色。

现在，当我为同一用户使用联合身份验证再次登录时，该用户仍然没有通过授权策略。

我在编写策略时犯了一些错误，还是我的本地用户没有链接到联合用户？
