Azure Devops Service 和 Azure Devops Server 使用组织（在 Azure Devops Server 中称为团队集合）和项目来管理工作。您上面提到的服务器代表了一个 Azure Devops Server 中的所有组织，而所有Rest API和Odata任务都是针对组织级别或项目级别的。
