NGX-Admin 框架目前与 Angular 9 不兼容。

在package.json官方存储库中，您可以看到仅引用了 angular 8：https ://github.com/akveo/ngx-admin/blob/master/package.json#L35

然而，已经有升级到 angular 9 和 nebular 5 的请求请求： https ://github.com/akveo/ngx-admin/pull/5628

您可以等待合并该拉取请求，也可以尝试自己移植整个框架。
