我试图在 OpenCV 3.2 上使用 mp4 格式编码（fourcc=0x21）但没有成功。可能我的 Ubuntu 18.04 设置有问题，但目前我没有办法解决它。首先，我重新编译了支持 x264 的 FFMPEG。然后，重新编译 OpenCV（contrib 和 OPENCV_ENABLE_NONFREE=ON，WITH_FFMPEG=ON）。它仍然无法正常工作。

我不能使用与 0x21 不同的fourcc。我的意思是..我不能使用另一个编解码器。

例子：
