复选框属于按钮类型（参见参考手册表 220）。

此外，请参见“12.7.4.2.3 复选框”一章。

因此，应设置字段“外观流”(/AS)和“值” 。(/V)

（进一步，请参阅“12.5.5 外观流”一章。有关信息。）

字段/AS需要设置pdfrw.PdfName。

最后，可以将 Acroform 字段NeedAppearances设置为 true，因此默认情况下所有字段都是可见的（参考手册表 218）。
