使用 OTL 在 C++ 中解决了问题。此处的更改是将 with 子句的最后一个查询移动到子查询中,并添加了新的最终选择查询。但请注意,这两个查询都通过 plsql developer 工作。不知道为什么第一个查询不能通过 C++ 中的 OTL 工作。
