利用：

$sessionIDs = @()
$sessions = (quser) -split '`r`n'
for ($i=1;$i -lt $sessions.length;$i++){
    $sessionIDs += $sessions[$i].substring(42,4).trim()
}

这样所有的会话都会被记录下来，并且 ID 会被添加到$sessionIDs-array 中。我正在使用substring，因为如果会话断开连接，正则表达式将不起作用。也使用for而不是foreach因为第一个条目是标题（“ID”）。
