好的，我遇到了同样的问题，它曾经可以工作，然后进行了一些更新，但它不再工作了。看来问题的根源是您路径中的空间（用户/乔罗伯茨/文档/）我遇到了同样的问题，因为我们的组织数据库自动包含空格。我有 x2 解决方法：

第一个解决方法（烦人的一个）：将文件本地保存在没有空间的路径中。对我来说，这是将其从我们的 org db 中取出并将其保存在桌面上。我知道，很蹩脚，所以第二个更好！

第二种解决方法：在 .Rmd 中的设置代码块中，添加代码以将引用文件复制到 biber 可以读取的临时位置：

例如：

citations_1 <- tempfile(fileext = ".bib")
file.copy(from = here::here("automated_cv/cv/roberts-published.bib"), to = citations_1)
