我相信 Hans 的评论是指您的反恶意软件可能会阻止或延迟在 VS 启动期间不应该发生的事情，而不是您通过更新 VS 获得恶意软件。

我目前正在与我们的 IT 部门一起解决这个问题，因为我们无法自行配置或禁用这些功能。在此之前，我们的阻止程序阻止了部分更新/修复过程。解决后，它仍然存在这个新错误。

如果您确实有能力禁用您的恶意软件检查程序/阻止程序并再次尝试该过程，这可能是一种有效的故障排除方法。

如果/何时为我解决这个问题，我会更新。

我有这个确切的问题。我相信是因为使用系统还原来还原到 VS 16.4.1 升级之前以修复归因于 Windows 更新的硬件问题。通过编辑注册表修复了硬件问题。使用 VS，我尝试了两次修复，但均未成功。最后使用 Visual Studio Installer 卸载并重新安装已解决问题。
