几点观察:

  1. 您可以观察到您拥有的第一个模型(CNN + 交叉熵)已经过拟合。在过度拟合的情况下,切换到更复杂的模型根本没有帮助;相反,你会得到更糟糕的结果,正如你在第二个情节中看到的那样。
  2. 的数据很少。对于神经网络来说,即使是 2 个完全平衡的类(500 个意图 1、500 个意图 2)的 1000 行也很少,更不用说 29 个不平衡的意图,但只有 1000 行。

建议:

  1. 创建一个非常基本的模型。不要使用具有许多单元的双向 LSTM,而是使用具有几层的简单 CNN。
  2. 使用过采样来平衡你的数据集(SMOTE(我看到你已经使用了这个)或 ADASYN 等几种技术)。
  3. 创建一个更复杂的数据集,包含更多行,适用于神经网络(收集更多真实数据,无过采样)。否则,我会切换到经典的机器学习模型。
  4. 如果问题允许,数据增强也是一种解决方案(在@Joseph Budin 下方评论)。
