OSv unikernel ( http://osv.io ) 就是答案。

确实可以使用 Nanos unikernel https://github.com/nanovms/nanos通过https://ops.city && 等工具将任意 linux ELF 作为 unikernel 运行。

但是，目前不支持 chrome 本身，因为它是一个 gui 程序，至少对于 Nanos 程序来说，它们只是服务器端的。
