在您的最后阶段，该位置不存在/home/site/wwwroot。

您必须从以前的阶段复制此文件夹，如下所示

 COPY --from=previus_stage /home/site/wwwroot /home/site/wwwroot

另一件事，你的环境变量应该是这样的。

ENV AzureWebJobsScriptRoot=/home/site/wwwroot
ENV AzureFunctionsJobHost__Logging__Console__IsEnabled=true
