据我所知，对于 Visual Studio 2017，相关的 SSDT 版本是 15.x，而对于 Visual Studio 2019，启用 Analysis Services、Integration Services 和 Reporting Services 项目所需的功能已移至各自的 Visual Studio 扩展中。
