我假设您的意思是 react-native-vector-icons?这里的项目站点上有一个与此问题相关的长线程。

即使您尝试删除它,您android/app/build.gradle上面的文件仍将 react-native-vector-icons 列为依赖项,因此您仍在将其拉入。添加 react-native-vector-icons 应该涉及在该文件中添加引用到图书馆自己的 gradle 文件(根据项目自述文件)。

您的错误可能与具有自己的 gradle 文件的依赖项有关,该文件没有正确的 compileSdkVersion。我在上面链接的线程有许多对人们有用的建议,其中最新的是将其添加到您的 android/build.gradle (使用适当的版本):
