  1. 在可以访问 Internet的机器上，运行：

    \> pip download tensorflow-gpu --dest some\dir

    --dest（您可以通过传递作为包含下载的目录来运行此命令，tensorflow_gpu-1.14.0-cp36-cp36m-win_amd64.whl这样您就不必再次下载它）

    这将下载tensorflow-gpu及其所有依赖关系树。
