有两种方法。

1) 在您的 AppUI 的 ConstructL() 中，调用：

BaseConstructL(CAknAppUi::EAppOrientationPortrait);

2) 随时致电：

AppUi()->SetOrientationL(CAknAppUi::EAppUiOrientationPortrait);
