嗯..似乎（一旦你安装了inotifywait） dune build --watch真的开始工作，但dune utop --watch仍然没有选择保存到源文件的更改..

--watchoption 在中被接受为有效dune utop --watch并dune utop --help确实将其宣传为受支持，但似乎这只是一个错误dune，dune utop --watch实际上的行为方式与 simple 完全相同dune utop。
