正如@felice-pollano 上面所写,您可能想查看Npgsql 的批量复制支持,它允许您在单次往返中插入大量数据。它往往比简单的插入要优化得多。

如果您对每个 SQL 执行一次往返,那么与 localhost 相比,LAN 上的性能大幅下降是有意义的。在后者中几乎没有延迟,但在前者中,您大部分时间都在等待协议消息到达 PostgreSQL 并返回。

如果它在 LAN 上变慢可能是由于 LAN 问题。顺便说一句,大规模插入通常需要使用某种“批量”或“批处理”策略来完成,每次与数据库交谈可能比实际执行数据库代码花费更多的时间。
