I have trained my own model and i'm running it on raspberry pi 3 model B The same exact code runs on my windows machine. And it used to work on this exact raspberry pi. I flashed the card in between.

I think the error is while importing the darkflow.net.build

i cloned the latest branch on github (16th march) and built it using

python3 setup.py build_ext --inplace

Try this solution. I was having the exact same problem as you and this solved it for me.

$ sudo apt-get install python-pip python3-pip
$ sudo pip3 uninstall tensorflow
$ git clone https://github.com/PINTO0309/Tensorflow-bin.git
$ cd Tensorflow-bin
$ sudo pip3 install tensorflow-1.11.0-cp35-cp35m-linux_armv7l.whl

Or any other alternative to downgrade tensorflow to 1.11.0.
