我认为这里的问题是 getPCIHWAddr() 使用了已经被破坏的设备信息集的索引。我添加了一个函数,该函数返回指向 HDEVINFO 和 SP_DEVINFO_DATA 的指针,但不调用 SetupDiDestroyDeviceInfoList(),这是由 getPCIHWAddr() 在完成工作后完成的 - 请参阅:这有效(Win7 和 Win10)。
