问题1：

您的断言永远不会达到，因为create()您的工厂尝试在数据库中创建一个新条目，但company_name不能NULL，它会引发异常。

解决方案：

更改create()为make()。

问题2：

您必须调用assertSessionHasErrors()响应对象。$this->assertSessionHasErrors)不存在。
