您需要安装完整的 Perl 核心。在 CentOS 7 中，这个包被称为perl-core，perl只是解释器，如果你真的想自己使用它，不适合。在最新版本的 Fedora 中，完整的 Perl 被重命名为perl（并且解释器重命名为）。perl-interpreter

看起来您已经有一个单独的 Perl 构建，因为那些包含的路径不是来自 CentOS 7 中的系统 perl。除非它来自 Oracle 存储库，否则这个5.22.0Perl 的安装将不会被管理或与您安装的任何东西相关。yum安装可以处理该模块依赖关系的模块的正确方法是使用cpan客户端或其他客户端，如cpanm。只需确保运行要安装模块并使用的 Perl 的可执行文件。

如果您喜欢使用系统 Perl 及其相关的 Perl 库（就像您正在运行的那样yum install perl-DBI），那么您可以使用 DBD::Pg 的预打包版本。

这将自动引入所需的任何其他 RPM。

DBD::Oracle 更难。预构建的包不可用（大概是因为 Oracle 不是开源的），但您可能可以按照我几年前描述的方法构建自己的 RPM 。您需要确保已经安装了 Oracle 客户端库（及其相关的头文件）。
