I'm trying to install lxml<4.0 on an Amazon Linux 2 image with python 3.7

sudo pip3 install "lxml<4.0"

At first it tries to build the wheel:

It does't seem to be a missing library problem, but an incompatibility issue. How can I fix this?

看起来 lxml<4.0 只是不支持 python 3.7。关于这些坏消息我很遗憾。https://pypi.org/project/lxml/3.8.0/（最新的<4.0版本）只说支持到python 3.6；https://github.com/hynek/doc2dash/issues/93#issuecomment-441318128确认。

由于修改了函数签名，Py3.7-pre 下的编译失败。
