我的图像不大(6G),inode 也可以。我要分析的输入文件很小,只是一个测试。
我发现了一些其他具有相同问题的主题,但我可以尝试的所有方法都失败了。
我试过了 :
-删除所有退出的容器和悬空的图像
-升级 Docker
- 将 TMPDIR 环境变量设置为 /custom_tmp/ 我自己在容器中创建的。我尝试了几种方法:在 QIIME2 环境中,在容器内但不在 QIIME2 环境中,在 Dockerfile 中添加 ENV TMPDIR="/cutom_tmp"/ 然后重建图像。
- 将 TMPDIR 环境变量设置为在主机服务器上创建的 /tmp_mount/,然后将容器作为卷安装
在每种情况下都会出现相同的问题。我的猜测是,也许 Docker 想要写入自己的 tmp 目录,也许是那些只剩下 64M 的“tmpfs”之一(见下面的命令结果),也许我不能用 TMPDIR 变量解决这个问题,但我被卡住了那里...
