我正在运行一个Foreground Service, 并有一个持续的通知。该持续通知运行良好，并且没有来自 Wear OS 的功能（因此代码可以在独立的 Android 上运行）。

但是，每当我想显示其他通知时，这是不可能的。

没有错误消息，什么都没有：我的通知没有显示。我确保创建单独的频道并启用它们（通过设置）。
