我终于解决了我自己的问题。我使用 TimeMachine 替换了 /usr/sbin/racoon 和 /usr/sbin/racoonctl 文件并重新启动了我的系统。现在 VPN 按预期工作。我猜其中一个文件（可能是浣熊）以某种方式损坏了。

顺便说一句，我确实打电话给苹果寻求帮助。我愿意支付支持费来解决这个问题。在他们阅读了我在此页面上的信息后，我被告知此问题“超出了他们的技术培训范围”。我问我是否可以与了解操作系统基础的高级技术人员交谈，并被告知这不是一个选择。技术人员最终建议我花一个小时重新安装我的操作系统来解决这个问题。也从未建议过 TimeMachine。

这个故事的寓意：除非您需要知道如何连接打印机或在 iPad 上上网，否则您可能不想在 Apple 支持上浪费您的时间或金钱。对不起，Apple，在这方面你让我失望了！:(
