我已经在 Windows 10 上使用 VS2017 和 Sitecore 8.2 rev 170728 设置了一台新的开发机器，并且遇到了 TDS 问题。

TDS 项目加载，Sitecore 连接器安装，我可以在网站文件夹中看到 _DEV 文件夹和相关文件，但是当我尝试从 TDS 项目属性同步或执行测试时，我收到 503 错误。

一切都设置正确，网站肯定已经启动并运行。

当我直接访问 TdsService.asmx 页面时，尝试验证版本号时出现错误

我曾尝试卸载并重新安装 Sitecore 连接器，甚至尝试过不同版本的 TDS、不同的 VS 项目，甚至将 TDS 指向干净的 Sitecore 安装。

我在 Windows 事件日志、IIS 日志或 Sitecore 日志中没有看到与此错误相关的任何信息。

我已授予对网站文件夹、代码所在文件夹和 inetpub 文件夹的完全控制访问权限。
