您的配置似乎正确。但是，protobuf:compile不运行任何 protoc 插件（包括 gRPC 插件）；就是protobuf:compile-custom这样。

所以你只需要运行：

mvn protobuf:compile-custom

输出将放置在target/generated-sources/protobuf/grpc-java/文件夹中。
