所有javax.inject被理解为JSR330包括这些命名的注解的注解只是一个API，即一个应用程序接口，提供该接口而没有任何实现。

这意味着按原样使用这些注释不会触发任何效果，因为没有类、容器，也没有任何东西可以监控这些注释在哪里使用。Java SE 和 Java EE 都不提供任何 IoC（控制反转）容器。您必须包含这些的实现框架——Spring 就是一个很好的例子。
