这很可能是物理通信问题。检查电缆终端,检查终端电阻(用于 RS-485),检查 RFI/EMI 干扰源,并尝试降低波特率。电缆越长,您应该使用的波特率越低。

如果这是 RS-485,总线两端是否有终端电阻?它们的尺寸是否正确?这在高速网络上更为重要。在速度较慢(9600 和更少)的网络上,我看到 RS-485 在没有端接电阻器或超大端接器的情况下工作正常。通常,如果我不轮询太多数据,我会将 RS-485 波特率设置为 9600。
