错误不在Buffer.from但在protobuf.Transaction.create

headerSignature需要是 a string，而你正在通过 aBuffer

根据文档，它应该是这样的：

const transaction = protobuf.Transaction.create({
    header: transactionHeaderBytes,
    headerSignature: signature,
    payload: payloadBytes
