首先是一个小术语：如果您有一个清单，那么您就有一个加载项。您对“两个加载项”的引用使情况混乱。任务窗格和一组自定义函数都可以部署在同一个加载项中。

据我了解，您已经能够在不包含任务窗格的加载项中成功部署自定义功能。要将其合并到您的任务窗格加载项中，您用于自定义函数的 html 和 JavaScript 文件应该是与任务窗格加载项项目中的 HTML 和 JavaScript 文件不同的文件。您不应尝试将同一个 HTML 文件同时用作任务窗格中的页面和自定义函数 JavaScript 的加载器。

我认为您需要做的基本上是这样的：将自定义函数加载项中的 html、javascript 和 json 文件复制到任务窗格加载项项目中完全相同的文件夹位置。然后将自定义函数加载项清单的扩展点部分及其声明的驻留复制到任务窗格加载项清单中的适当位置。
