INSTALL PLUGIN federated SONAME 'ha_federatedx.dll';

......它奏效了！唯一需要注意的是，我正在使用 MariaDB 的实际安装，而不是 XAMPP 中安装的版本，因此可能需要在 XAMPP 中安装实际的 DLL 文件。
