您的代码查询 FHIR 服务器的方式应该适合按系统或姓氏搜索患者。

我通过http://fhirtest.uhn.ca/的 UI 尝试了公共测试服务器，目前一切似乎都已关闭。每个请求都会返回一个错误。GIT https://github.com/jamesagnew/hapi-fhir/issues/998上已经发布了一个问题。

也有可能当服务器备份时，可能有太多的患者数据，以至于您的请求仍然会出错，除非设置了较大的连接超时，或者提供了更多的过滤条件。
