我有同样的问题。我重置了 Jupiter notebook 的内核，并修复了它。不是一个很好的答案，但它至少是一些东西。

看起来你在 Windows 上运行。在 Windows 上运行时，如果顶级函数调用未包含在if __name__ == '__main__':块中，多线程 Python 代码（例如 QISKit 模拟器）有时会遇到问题。我不确定这是否能解决您在这里遇到的具体问题，但可能值得一试。

如果这不能解决问题，您可以尝试将local_qasm_simulator替换为local_qasm_simulator_py或local_qasm_simulator_cpp以显式尝试模拟器的 Python 和 C++ 版本，以防其中一个在您的机器上出现问题（如果是 QISKit 应该默认为 C++ 版本）安装）。
