使用前需要配置GenericAvroSerde：

final Serde<GenericRecord> genericAvroSerde = new GenericAvroSerde();
genericAvroSerde.configure(...);

并传入配置，以便它可以找到文档中描述的 Confluent Schema Registry：https ://docs.confluent.io/current/streams/developer-guide/datatypes.html#avro
