标准库中有两种方法。一种是使用java.text.DecimalFormat。基于 java.util.Formatter 的其他更神秘的方法(String.format、PrintStream.printf 等)应该让 C 程序员高兴(ish)。

请改用 Spring 的Numberformatter,它是线程安全的。
