如您所见,Kubernetes 正在尝试使用类似 的名称连接到您的节点worker1,这在您的网络中无法解析。

你有两种方法来解决它:

  1. 对所有可以解析的节点使用真正的 FQDN。通常,云中的 VM 具有可解析的 DNS 名称,但看起来在 DO 中它们不是。因此,您需要手动创建域名并将它们指向您的服务器。尝试检查DO DNS 服务。我建议你这样做,当你有自己的基础设施 DNS 名称时总是好的。
  2. 让你的名字worker1可以被 Kubernetes 组件解析,也许是一些自定义的 DNS 服务器或/etc/hosts.
