是否绝对有必要将数组发送Contact_Details到服务器？有没有办法只发送一个对象Contact_Details？

413错误是Payload Too Large。更多关于这个错误的信息

还请验证位图图像到Base64 字符串的转换是否正常工作。

您可以使用以下类来做到这一点：
