你错了。该消息的机制有些复杂,试图解释消息运行的两种不同模式(真或假)可能会使文档有些混乱。wParam与您的案例相关的部分是第二段lParam

如果 wParam 为FALSE,则 lParam 指向一个RECT结构。输入时,该结构包含建议的窗口矩形窗口。退出时,该结构应包含相应窗口客户区的屏幕坐标。

您会在 VCL 中找到许多这种简单形式的使用示例,其中wParam根本没有检查,例如 inTToolWindow.WMNCCalcSizeTCustomCategoryPanel.WMNCCalcSize

(请注意,NCCALCSIZE_PARAMS.rgrc当为假时,它甚至不是一个矩形数组wParam,但由于您正在对假定的第一个矩形进行操作,所以没问题。)
