RC = 0x100 确实不是 100% 错误。我看了一下 tpm2-tss 来源。在他们的集成测试中，错误（并且只有它）在测试启动时被忽略（文件：test/integration/main-sapi.c test/integration/main-esapi.c）

此外，他们在标题中将错误描述为“TPM 未由 TPM2_Startup 初始化或已初始化”。因此，最有可能的是，您的错误只是初始化重复。
