一般来说，我不建议将 Snowflake python 连接器安装到系统 python，因为可能与现有的包有冲突，例如 PyOpenSSL。这里解释了一个类似的问题：

强烈建议使用 virtualenv/pyvenv/venv 来隔离运行时环境。
