web3.py绝对是要走的路。如果你想手动完成并且只想调用标准的 ERC-20transfer方法，from地址应该保持不变，to地址应该是代币合约，然后data应该将以下内容连接在一起并格式化为十六进制：

  1. "transfer(address,uint256)" 的 keccak256 哈希的前 4 个字节，这是函数的签名。
  2. 接收者的地址，左零填充为 32 个字节。
  3. 要转移的金额。（一定要考虑token的小数...1个token通常是10**18，但是小数位数因token而异，可以通过调用decimals()函数来检索。）这也应该格式化为32 字节数字（所以左填充零）。

web3.py会容易得多。：-） 就像是：
