我的产品有 %10 之类的百分比折扣。当我应用基于购物车总价的促销（如免费送货）时，促销会考虑购物车总价而没有百分比折扣。但是用户看到了打折的购物车总数，所以出现了问题。

promotion is if cart total >= 95 USD free delivery
we want add delivery cost because after discount total 90 USD
condition apply free cost delivery because takes cart total as 100 USD without discount
怎么能处理这个？我们使用的是 euro1 价格和 hybris 6.4。
