IntentServices 不打算作为前台服务启动（请参阅：将 startForeground() 与 Intent Service 一起使用）

当推送通知从 GCM 到达时，您是否打算启动服务？您不需要服务来显示通知；您可以像在服务中那样从 BroadcastReceiver 执行此操作。
