如果您查看 Kotlin 扩展函数的源代码，readBytes您会看到它开始循环 while InputStream.read(buffer) > 0。根据文件：

在输入数据可用、检测到文件结尾或引发异常之前，此方法会一直阻塞。

此循环的第二次迭代冻结您的程序。所以不要使用方法 readBytes。只是read(buffer)。例如 - https://developer.android.com/guide/topics/connectivity/bluetooth.html#ManagingAConnection

更新：

现在 ReceiveThread可以从流中接收一条消息。但是您的蓝牙插座已关闭。所以你的问题在于设置蓝牙连接和inStream初始化。也许你也有错误的发送部分。
