尝试对您的master数据库运行它（右键单击 SSMS 中的服务器名称 -> 新查询）

sp_configure 'contained database authentication', 1;
GO 
RECONFIGURE;
GO

在此之后，您可以再次通过导入 bacpac 向导，问题应该得到解决。

简而言之，

  1. 从此处保存实用程序 RemoveMasterKeyFrombacpac
  2. 运行命令.\RemoveMasterKey.ps1 -bacpacPath "C:\BacPacs\fileName.bacpac"

一旦上述命令完成，我们就会得到无缝导入的 -patched bacpac。

更新

使用新的 MS SQL Server 2016 (13.0.1745.2) 和 SSMS v17.6，这不再是问题。
