您的 SDK 版本写错了。不建议对任何 SDK 使用这样的 23.0.+,因为 Android Studio 会不断下载任何新版本的 SDK,并且在某些情况下会在运行时给您带来错误。API 23 的最新版本是 23.5.1 。
