当我sudo rake db:migrate在终端上运行时[出于某种原因，每次运行 rake 命令时我都需要 sudo]，我得到

在任何源中找不到 tzinfo-1.2.1 运行bundle install 以安装缺少的 gem。

不要使用sudo ...

检查您的 config/database.yml 设置。这就是您访问 MySQL 的方式。确保信息正确。例子 ....
